From Meh to Magic | Daniel’s Yearbook Photo Session 📸✨
Daniel showed up to his session feeling less than thrilled — very chill, quiet, and totally ready to check this off the to-do list. His mom booked the session to get him a great yearbook photo, and when he arrived, he was definitely not jumping for joy about it 😅. But that’s totally okay — I knew exactly what to do! When seniors show up feeling unsure or unenthusiastic, I always start with some cool, serious poses to help ease them in. And wow — Daniel owned those shots! 😎🔥
While he was getting used to the camera, I was working behind the scenes to help him feel relaxed and build trust. One of my favorite little tricks? Letting them see a few of their photos on the back of my camera. That moment of, “Wait… that’s actually me?!” makes all the difference! Soon enough, Daniel forgot about not wanting to be there and started having fun. That’s when the real smiles came out, and I got to learn more about him! 🌿✨
He loves plants, is originally from Peru, and let’s just say Washington’s cold, rainy weather isn’t exactly his favorite ☔️. But even with that, he was kind, thoughtful, and clearly made his mom proud by showing up and giving it a go. Parents — if your senior is hesitant or “meh” about photos, don’t stress. Book the session and let me take care of the rest! I’ve got you. 💖🎉
